Keoffs started with a simple observation: there’s an enormous amount of skilled, capable professional talent in Nairobi that most U.S. businesses will never get the chance to meet, and an equally long list of U.S. companies who need great engineers, designers, finance people, and support staff but can’t find them, can’t afford them locally, or can’t hire them without a legal headache.<\/p>
